Intro:
Customer-centric isn’t just a slogan on the wall for us – it's a central driver of everything we do. As a key member of the North American demand generation team, this role will be instrumental in the growth and health of our customers.
You will be responsible for leading the team that designs and implements programs that strengthen customer relationships, improve retention and ultimately drive revenue - all while delivering outstanding value to our customers. This includes building and executing various campaigns to aid in retention and product utilization, as well as owning demand generation campaigns and programs to drive pipeline for both expansion and cross-sell.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies to drive customer expansion and retention goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product and customer success to gather insights and data to inform customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning
Campaign Management:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of customer marketing campaigns
Utilize customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted messaging that resonates with our North America customers
Retention Programs:
Design and execute customer education and retention programs to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships. Your goal = Make our clients the best in the business
Work closely with customer support and success teams to identify and address customer needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified customer experience.
Align marketing efforts with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer feedback.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Budget Management:
Manage the customer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.You have what it takes if you are:
Know your levers: 7-9 years of experience in a demand-oriented marketing
