Manages external reporting activities through more junior managers. Has a conceptual understanding of the regulatory requirements that exist within the assigned area and how these requirements may be addressed/ Sets specialty priorities and allocates resources to align with external reporting objectives.Responsible for the achievement of goals and objectives for the function within a region or across a business unit or legal entity. Leads consultation on external reporting issues, questions and problems and provides guidance to senior business managers, more junior external reporting managers. Liaises with other business units in relation to regulatory matters. Works across global and regional groups to communicate external reporting matters effectively to senior business management and liaises with other business units in relation to regulatory matters.Manages the performance of more junior managers and a team of external reporting staff, coaching and guiding on regulatory reporting and strategy. Coaches and guides more junior managers and assigned staff on improving the execution of the complicated external reporting activities and achievement of multi-faceted goals.Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 12-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
