  LiveRamp is seeking a highly experienced and driven Director of Event Strategy and Operations to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA . You will be responsible for overseeing and elevating LiveRamp's event strategies and execution. With over 10 years of experience in the events industry, you will bring deep expertise, creativity, and a strong track record of delivering successful and impactful events. Your role will be crucial in shaping LiveRamp's event experiences, driving customer engagement, and contributing to business growth.

  LiveRamp puts up a 2000+ customer and prospects event annually, in addition, a part of half a dozen other industry events.

  Event Strategy and Planning:

  Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with LiveRamp's marketing and business objectives.

  Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify event opportunities and align event programs with marketing and sales strategies.

  Utilize your extensive experience and industry knowledge to bring innovative ideas and best practices to LiveRamp's event strategy.

  Event Execution and Management:

  Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and production.

  Ensure flawless execution of events, from large-scale conferences and trade shows to product launches and customer appreciation events.

  Utilize your experience to effectively manage event timelines, resources, deliverables, and pipeline management, while maintaining high standards of quality.

  Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  Build and lead a high-performing events team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

  Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, exceptional event experiences, strong pipeline management, and data literacy.

  Brand Promotion and Customer Engagement:

  Develop and execute event concepts and experiences that elevate LiveRamp's brand positioning and engage customers.

  Ensure events deliver a cohesive brand message and align with LiveRamp's corporate identity.

  Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop event-specific marketing collateral, communications, and promotional materials.

  Budgeting and Financial Management:

  Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.

  Track expenses, manage vendor contracts, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

  Provide regular budget updates and reports to the CMO and senior leadership.

  Pipeline Management and Data Literacy:

  Implement strong pipeline management practices for events, including identifying target attendees, qualifying leads, and tracking event-driven opportunities.

  Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of event-generated leads and opportunities.

  Leverage data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of events, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

  Utilize data literacy skills to interpret event data and generate actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams.

  Qualifications :

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  12+ years of experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.

  Proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget.

  Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.

  Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  Creative mindset with a strong focus on customer experience, engagement, pipeline management, and data literacy.

  Knowledge of event technologies, registration systems, and event analytics.

  Experience in the technology industry and B2B marketing is highly desirable.

  Willingness to travel as needed for events and conferences.

  Location: work in the heart of Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA.

  With the requirement of 12+ years of experience, we are looking for candidates who have additional experience and expertise in event management. This extended experience will further enhance your ability to lead and deliver successful events while providing guidance to your team and driving pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.

  The approximate annual base compensation range is $169,000 to $230,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
