Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solution's Division is currently seeking a Director, Energy Infrastructure Solutions.
What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Primary responsibility is to position Eaton as the preferred supplier to drive growth in target energy markets including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Hydrogen, Biogas / Biofuels and Offshore Wind. The position has responsibility to deliver profitable growth as defined by the strategic plan for the global team consisting of regional leaders, global account managers, specification & project pursuit team, project management organization and a matrixed managed relationship with all business units
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• This leader will coordinate globally to engage stakeholders internally and externally including EPCs and end users and develop project pursuit plans, execute specification strategy, execute projects and establish MRO agreements and service contracts
• Contribute as a key member of businesses leadership team, responsible for business development, project pursuit and project management relating to the energy sector
• This includes participation in the development and execution of the strategic vision, cultivating and maintaining senior level relationships, expanding brand awareness the industry while promoting and selling enterprise solutions
• Emphasis on engaging with oil & gas end users and EPC partners as they transition to energy companies in new markets and ensuring we are positioned for growth in the newly defined markets
• Implement coordinated project pursuit strategies for each project across each product line and geography, where necessary coordinating with other Eaton divisions and with the Eaton oil & gas team
• Support end-to-end project management on major projects from bid to order fulfillment to facilitate ease of doing business and drive preference
• Support acceptance of Brightlayer digitalization solutions to enhance customer experience and create new revenue streams from secure, connected and intelligent assets
• Drive growth across the Company's full suite of capabilities through building strategic corporate relationships with key and strategic client decision makers and nurture long-term relationships to become client's "Trusted Advisor"
• Understand and articulate our value proposition, positioning us to take advantage of our clients' growth strategies
• Develop and manage end to end project pursuits including driving specification and facilitating global project coordination
• Achievement of revenue growth that meets or exceeds Company's targets for each Fiscal Year
• Work with senior Company management to develop, prioritize, and implement market strategies, achieve market penetration
• Collaborate with regions and product lines to pursue new business opportunities and initiatives
• Lead thought leadership support including fact sheets, white papers, blog posts, and other lead development activities.
• Support development and execution of marketing/sales plans including digitalization efforts
• Activities for this position require strong leadership, communication across levels in the organization, short term and long-term execution through timely and quality decision making, and ability to execute cross-functionally
Qualifications:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience including working on global projects
• Minimum 10 years of sales or product management experience or working in a technical role
• Ability to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA
• Broad knowledge of electrical products market
• Experience in communications across broad groups including customers and executive management
• Working with international cross-functional teams

The expected annual salary range for this role is $168,750 - $247,500 a year.
