Job Duties and Responsibilities
The DISH commercial sales team is growing to support the future growth of the company. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Business, the Director, DISH Business - Hospitality will support all sales and account management functions for DISH Business verticals focused on the acquisition, retention and monetization of DISH Network business-to-business customers. The Director, DISH Business - Hospitality will provide strategic and tactical leadership to sales and product teams. The Director, DISH Business - Hospitality will manage the annual revenue growth expectations by growing existing customer revenue and acquiring new direct customers and indirect partners. In addition, the Director, DISH Business - Hospitality will work closely with our 5G wireless team on developing the 5G product roadmap.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the sales team for the commercial verticals.Develop new sales relationships both direct and indirect.Partner closely with sales and integrator partners to develop and grow market share.Manage the existing customers, driving the teams to increase the revenue and margin.Oversee the expansion of partners and customers that will profitably grow revenue.Be an ambassador for the DISH Business brand by representing the brand at trade shows and industry events.Maintain a deep understanding of current and future needs of the sales channels supported.Work cross-functionally across the DISH Business organization and matrixed organizations of DISH TV (i.e., IT, Marketing, Finance, DTC).Partner closely with the DISH product development and 5G Wireless teams on future technology needs.Build relationships with senior leadership to expand market share in all verticals.Work closely with DISH marketing teams to develop creative ads.Other duties as required.Skills, Experience and Requirements

The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford you oversight and influence into many aspects of the business. Ideal Director, DISH Business - Hospitality candidates have:
10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least five years at the manager level.Experience in 5G wireless.Experience leading high performing sales teams and engineering teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively and influence all levels of management and staff.Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly changing environment with minimal daily oversight.A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.Ability to travel 25-50% of time depending on business demands.Salary Range

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
