JOB SUMMARY
The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for prioritization and seamless implementation of offer and pricing strategies for online sales channels. Drives compliance and revenue optimization via Offers with an aim to maximize sales, customer growth and profitability for the supported Channels. Develops and executes a framework that effectively measures offer and pricing performances across customer segments.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceDevelops strong relationships with Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Operations, Core and Mobile Product teams and all other needed stakeholders and serves as point of contact for Digital Marketing Offers.Represents Digital Marketing at various levels on discussions related to Offer rollouts efficiently.Leads offer strategy and implementation for online core and mobile channels. Partners offer rollout for other Buyflow supported Channels.Ensures that a playbook of active and retired offers is maintained for supported sales channels.Develops recommendation for Offer prioritization based on analytics dashboards, customer segmentation and executive guidance. Ensures adequate transparency and communication on prioritized offers and their schedule.Leads establishment of process documentation (including requirements and signoff lifecyle) for OffersMaintains performance dashboards for Offer performance with the help of analytics and reporting teams.Leads Offers Product and Configuration teams to enable successful delivery and on continuous improvementsEngages with UI Product Leaders to ensure that the online customer experience for offers is simplified and enhanced.Is aware of the organization strategy for Offers related tools (including Catalog)Assesses program effectiveness through data analytics and field inputs.Assists in ad hoc information and reporting requests from the business unit leadersPerforms other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product or related field
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Marketing, Product or related field experience - 10+ years
Offers Management (preferable with a Telecom or Cable company) - 5+ years
Interfacing with application teams - 5+ years
Management experience - 5+ years
