  What You'll Do

  We seek an entrepreneurial and process driven leader to stand up our first US digital creative & content studio, the local arm of an emerging global capability. You will build and lead a direct and cross-functional team and an evolving network of specialist agencies to captivate US consumers, shoppers & retailers by bringing our global brands to life across hyper-local digital channels, touchpoints, and moments. Your mission is to design a system and engine that will allow our brands to develop thumb-stopping creative, with the precision of data, at the pace of culture, personalized at scale.

  Reports directly into the US Chief Brands Officer, with cross-functional alignment to the global digital & technology team

  Three core responsibilities Build: Stand-up local arm of global studio to plan, create, manage, and optimize all US digital content & creative End to end design of a new portfolio capability Develop an external partner network (broad range of specialist agencies... standard digital, motion & video production, creator-driven and UGC, audio, retailer-optimized SEO, etc.) Wire into US IAT Key partners: US marketing + media + ops, global digital & tech team, global marketing CoEs Run: Lead US digital content & creative operations Set up/drive NA briefing standards & process, aligned to global/US brand planning milestones Ensure on-going maintenance and evolution of our creative tech stack (e.g., DAM, on-going creation and collaboration automations) Ensure seamless "back office" processes (e.g., legal approvals, briefing systems, internal billing) 'Clients': US brands + media, US channel marketing, US eCommerce (B2C + B2B) Optimize: Build forward-looking capabilities Drive digital creative thought leadership: Serve as advisor to US brand and channel leaders... and help translate brand, media & channel goals and activation plans into effective creative briefs and optimization plans Drive brand guardianship: Ensure seamless extension and translation of our global brand VizID into new content formats with compelling and coherent digital storytelling Scale tech-enabled capabilities: e.g., A/B testing, AI powered development, data-driven optimization, in partnership US media team with global CoEs What You'll Bring

  The salary range for this role is a base salary of $152,000- $190,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. Salary range is commensurate with candidate's location, experience and skillset
