Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pfizer Digital Client Partners team and contribute to our vision to lead Pfizer Digital engagement with our clients, drive digital strategy and achieve target outcomes, and govern and prioritize the digital portfolio.
The BioPharma Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer-focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative leader to serve as the Digital Client partner for Pfizer's Biopharma organization, starting with the Specialty Care BU (Rare Disease, I&I & Hospital) with a focus on Hospital Business.
As a Digital Client Partner, this leader will be expected to advise on all aspects of digital technology topics, trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities while also participating and leading BOLD move initiatives across all Digital and the commercial organization. This role is accountable for the business partnership and Digital strategic ownership for ELT-2 & ELT-3 leaders within the Pfizer's Biopharma Specialty Care business.
Success will be based on outcomes experienced by patients, progress advancing Pfizer's Bold Moves and/or measurable commercial objectives.
Role Responsibilities
• Serves as primary point of contact for all digital matters related to the Hospital Business Unit
• Co-creates digital strategy and cost/benefit business case(s) creation with our business partners to accelerate impact for the Specialty Care business and Strategic priorities.
• Partners with our business leadership, cross-functional stakeholders and appropriate Digital groups to manage successful execution of the strategy including implementation, adoption, continuous improvement and business case achievement.
• Scales and drives adoption of new/current innovations (technology, data, and/or digital) to create value and superior experiences for our customers, patients and colleagues.
• Ensures accurate and timely communication of the digital strategy and creates a seamless digital experience for Specialty Care.
• Prioritize and manage Digital demand for Hospital organization. Clearly communicates prioritized demand and requirements to all appropriate Digital groups.
• Elicit and document clear business requirements.
• Takes appropriate risks to achieve desired result; guides cross-functional team members on acceptable levels of risk taking
• Help drive eCommerce, B2B / B2C innovative solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in digital or related field 10+ years ' experience Pfizer or pharma industry experience delivering innovations in Digital solutions Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders as well as delivering innovative technical solutions Strong client engagement, relationship management and program management skills. Financial acumen in digital delivery Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically. Demonstrated track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm while prioritizing and meeting team goals Ability to communicate and interact effectively across all organization levels and function Adept in conflict resolution and negotiation to achieve win-win resolution internally and externally Experienced working with uncertainty and delivering innovation Consistently demonstrates and models the Pfizer values and behaviors Commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
M.S., M.B.A., Ph.D. and/or background in consulting Experience working with Biopharma US market experience is highly preferred Experience in eCommerce, B2B / B2C solutionsExperience in leading large and/or complex deployment of digital solutions

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
