Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pfizer Digital Client Partners, Product Management and Colleague Services team and contribute to our vision to lead Pfizer Digital engagement with our clients, drive digital strategy and achieve target outcomes, and govern and prioritize the digital portfolio.
The BioPharma Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer-focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative leader to serve as the Digital Client partner for Pfizer's Customer Facing Colleague (CFC) leaders across Primary Care, Oncology, and Specialty Care.
In this role, you will provide advice on digital technology topics, trends, opportunities, and internal digital capabilities. You may also participate in and lead BOLD move initiatives across the Digital and commercial organization. Your main responsibility will be to establish a strong business partnership and take ownership of the digital strategy for ELT-2 and ELT-3 CFC leaders within Pfizer's U.S Commercial Division.
To succeed in this role, the incumbent must understand CFC Business Leadership priorities, define current system (as is) landscape, and work with the Business and Digital Leadership to build the future (to be) roadmap. Your objective is to enable Pfizer's CFC business processes with digital capabilities to help drive patient, healthcare professional, and partner outcomes.
Customer Facing Colleague (CFC) Business Relationship Engagement
Be the primary point of contact for all digital matters aligned to CFC leaders within Primary Care, Oncology, and Specialty Care along with platform support for the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), Chief Medical Affairs Office (CMAO), and Global Access & Value (GAV).Role will contribute to the success of and align directly to the Primary Care Digital Team. However, the incumbent will have a dotted line relationship into Digital Leaders aligned to the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), Chief Medical Affairs Office (CMAO), Oncology, and Specialty Businesses as CFC digital capabilities cross divisions.Co-creates digital strategy, value analysis, and cost/benefit business case(s) that align to Business Priorities with the initial focus on Pfizer's CFC CRM tool, Pfizer Connect.Partners with business leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and appropriate Digital groups to manage successful execution of the strategy including implementation, adoption, continuous improvement, and business case achievement.Scales and drives adoption of new/current innovations (technology, data, and/or digital) to create value and superior experiences for our customers, patients, and colleagues.Ensures accurate and timely communication of the digital strategy and creates a seamless digital experience for CFC Teams.Prioritize and manage Digital demand for the U.S. Customer Engagement organization. Clearly communicates prioritized demand and requirements to all appropriate Digital groups.Elicits and documents clear business requirements.Takes appropriate risks to achieve desired result; guides cross-functional team members on acceptable levels of risk taking.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in digital or related field10+ years ' experience Pfizer or pharma industry experience delivering innovations in Digital solutions.Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders as well as delivering innovative technical solutions.Strong client engagement, relationship management and program management skills.Financial acumen in digital deliveryDemonstrated ability to think and act strategically.Demonstrated track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations.Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm while prioritizing and meeting team goals.Ability to communicate and interact effectively across all organization levels and function.Adept in conflict resolution and negotiation to achieve win-win resolution internally and externally.Experienced working with uncertainty and delivering innovation.Consistently demonstrates and models the Pfizer values and behaviors.Commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
M.S., M.B.A., Ph.D. and/or background in consultingExperience working with CFC departments and/or systems.US market experience is highly preferred.Experience in leading large and/or complex deployment of digital solutions.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel to Pfizer offices, vendor offices and other team meeting locations when required. Project work can sometimes be demanding and require work during off-hours.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
