Job Description The Director of Data Products & Analytics will be a key member of Visa's Global Authentication & Identity team. This team is responsible for Visa’s Authentication and Identity Products and Strategy globally. The Director will be instrumental in defining the overall data, product and modeling strategy and roadmap for our solutions, including Next Gen Fraud Signals (NGFS) and Intelligent Data Exchange (IDX).
In addition to strategic responsibilities, the Director will also be accountable for deriving insights from our data. They will guide new solutions and features through the governance and sourcing processes, inform the overall product strategy, and utilize their industry, market, and product expertise to proactively educate the organization on our product roadmap.
The Director will also assist with the execution of strategies defined with the regions to drive the launch and scale of Visa’s Authentication and Identity Products around the world. The position reports into the Head of Data Products & Analytics for Authentication and Identity Products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data-driven decision making, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of work experience with a PhD degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8-10 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 6+ years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Proven experience in leading and managing a data analytics team.
• Strong understanding of machine learning models, data mining, and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools and databases.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or Java.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in product management and understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into understandable insights to influence business decisions.
• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations.
• Proven track record in driving the strategic direction of data analytics and product development.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 163,800.00 to 213,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
