Broadridge is seeking a Data Product Lead. The Data Product Lead is responsible for overseeing delivery and maintenance of data product requirements for data owned or consumed by the Corporate Data Platform. This position will work closely with the transformation delivery leads and stakeholders to align strategic objectives with tactical demands.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.
Qualifications:Oversee development and delivery of data products for data owned or consumed by the Corporate Data PlatformOwn and manage data product requirements for the assigned capability/data domain, including metadata, controls and data certificationsCollaborate with stakeholders to align strategic objectives with tactical demands, and identify dependencies and impacts of change efforts across the enterpriseIdentify, escalate, and remediate data risks and issues for the assigned capability/data domainParticipate in the Enterprise BDO community on behalf of the assigned capability/data domainManage the portfolio of externally hosted data for the assigned capability/data domainManage ongoing data product development and delivery based on business prioritiesMaintain documentation for requirements, controls, metadata and certification of data within line of capability/data domainQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field.At least 10 years' relevant experience.Leadership experience in developing and deploying data products for consumersStrong understanding of data management principles, data architecture, data modeling, and data integrationExperience with data risk management including data risks, privacy, compliance and data controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Preferred ExperienceStrong metrics development and managementAbility to translate business acumen into actionable plansWell-developed leadership abilities to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolutionUser Experience (UX) Understanding: To create data products that are user-friendly and solve real problems.Customer Centric Approach: Always keep the end users in mind and ensure the data products are designed to meet their needs and provide value.#LI-MJ1
