Additionally, the Director develops, implements and evaluates all marketing policies in accordance with business strategies and objectives. Key organizational responsibilities for the Customer Communication Marketing Director will include:
Develop, improve, and manage the marketing customer communications inventory.Oversee copy writers to ensure consistency is delivered through the brand voice and tone.Serve as a communications thought leader and partner for Santander Bank NA 's support of digital transformation.Forge strong relationship with key partners in helping them deliver their growth, profitability and retention targets efficiently.Provide input and direction to 3rd party agencies. Work with Marketing Insights team to ensure briefs are grounded in customer insights and leverage available data to inform creative development.Build strategic communication plans that aim to increase customer engagement by nurturing consumer needs, building trust, educating on the Bank's products/services and offering personalization. Ensure existing and new communications enhance the overall experience with Santander Bank and connect to the core attributes of the Company's user base.Partner with Data & Analytics as well as customer experience team in driving personalized messages to enhance Marketing efficiency and loyalty.Communicate clear vision and briefs to the marketing teams in digital, social, media, etc to help drive effective delivery of communications to clients.

Maintains current knowledge of marketing techniques of competitors.Manages the copy writing team that executes client communications in support of business lines and journey owners.Manages the implementation of customer communications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Marketing, Community Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field. Req

For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $155,000-$205,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
