KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Contingent Workforce Client Operations Leader to join our Contingent Workforce Management Office.
Responsibilities:
Apply advanced knowledge of contingent workforce shaping to own and manage end-to-end client-facing and business support activities for contingent workers across the engagement life cycle, from attraction and engagement through our Talent Acquisition channels, to onboarding, administration, reporting, compliance, and offboarding
Drive continuous process improvement for client-facing contingent workers, always ensuring that these processes are harmonized and appropriately prioritized with respect to business enablement services; serve as lead resource for engaging with functional resource management, regularly conducting pipelining calls and communicating needs within the broader CWMO organization
Work within TC's account team structures, and develop extended, contingent labor focused account teams within the CWMO for the various business functions, including Talent Resourcing, CWSS Onboarding Concierge, TBM (as needed), and SSP (Contingent Labor Supplier Liaison); interface regularly with clients to drive desired outcomes; monitor service levels and manage escalations from business function
Develop and implement strategies and plans for integrating new compliance activities into ongoing operations in response to changing regulatory, policy, and business needs; serve as subject-matter expert in KPMG policies relating to contingent labor, as well as risk and regulatory topics that can impact how KPMG uses contingent labor; collaborate with the CW Compliance team to provide training and communications to the CWMO organization and firm stakeholders as needed for change management
Manage programs and projects related to policy and regulatory compliance, and risk reduction (including tenure monitoring), applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization and the firm
Provide active coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with junior staff to advance their career development; and manage and review those team members' work product; contribute to planning for short term needs such as projects and processes; may construct annual plan for deployment of those resources; may have people management responsibility for a small to mid-sized team of entry level through intermediate level professionals
Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of recent work experience, preferably in contingent workforce shaping, human resources, or third-party management in a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Ability to manage programs and projects, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization and the firm, as well as capability to establish credible relationships and become a trusted advisor to engagement teams and business leadership
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
Able to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
