We're looking for a Director of Digital Content & Experience to join our US eCommerce and Digital team. This role will focus on perfecting the Consumer shopping journey across all key Retail accounts, from Product Page to Brand Store, optimizing for engagement, conversion, and sales. Reporting into the Vice President of US eCommerce, you will lead a team of 5 and work cross-functionally (locally and globally) to translate Brand objectives into actionable digital executions, driving content to commerce with an Omnichannel mindset. You will be a key member of the eCommerce Sales Leadership team, using Sales and Brand objectives as a roadmap for enhancing Retail site experiences. You will maintain close relationships with internal Brand, Media, and Trade marketing teams, as well as key external partners and agencies, to identify best-in-class digital opportunities that drive customer experience through to conversion.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Develop and drive the US Digital content to commerce strategy for Coty Prestige and Mass Brands through by partnering with Global and Local Brand and commercial functional leads on retailer.com and Amazon.com to deliver enhanced customer experiences, increased digital penetration and total Omnichannel growth. Leading a team of team of 5, executing daily across 24 Coty-Owned Brands and 18 retailer sites; Brand responsibility ranges from entry-level mass-consumer price point to Ultra-Premium niche Luxury brands (See our brands here: https://www.coty.com/our-brands) Create the New Product Roadmap for prioritization and optimization of every New Product Launch, ensuring products go-live in parallel with offline launch timings. Own the New Product Launch Audit Scorecard, reporting on on-time + in-full Branded content delivery, benchmarking retailer content utilization rates for constantly improving branded content toolkit creation and delivery. Partner with Sales, Media, and Trade Marketing teams to identify and remove any Content gaps, creating the Blueprints for digital content needs across relevant retailer sites and touchpoints. Outline what true Best-In-Class digital content execution looks like, communicating these needs across US and Global partners to ensure comprehensive Toolkits are provided to Retail partners for KCPS and "always-on" activation. Own the vendor relationships for Ratings & Reviews, Content Syndication, and Content Reporting programs, owning or supporting in the annual contract negotiations alongside Coty Procurement Keen understanding and relevance in Beauty industry related matters - this role requires servicing a diverse variety of Brands
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We'd love to see candidates who have:
High commercial acumen with strong knowledge in e-commerce, digital and customer experience (strategy, planning, market and channel analysis) Strong knowledge of US mass and luxury beauty and/or CPG (competitive brands, retail environment, digital activations), as well as other growth categories Experience managing a full team of varying experience levels, with ability to coach junior talent. Ability to quickly digest data to develop & execute multi-channel strategies High impact communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve buy-in for test and learn projects Focus on results and tenacity to get things done on time and on budget despite internal and external obstacles Proactivity and start-up mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take actions before being asked Very strong analytical skills with ability to quantify impact of initiatives Strong attention to detail 6-10 years relevant work experience in eCommerce, Digital Brand Management, and/or Digital Marketing

Base Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000 + bonus
