With your deep expertise in marketing analytics and measurement, as the Director, Consumer Insights & Analytics of Kimberly-Clark North American (KCNA) Marketing Analytics, you'll lead a capabilities team in creating and implementing world class marketing measurement that will guide growth-minded decisions and further a data-driven culture. Your team will identify and create cutting edge marketing measurement tools, investigate deep strategic questions, influence and empower decisions across long-term and annual business strategies, predict sales growth and help drive marketing investment optimization.
As an influential strategic business leader, you will build strong partnerships across the KCNA business including serving as a marketing analytics expert with senior leaders, marketers, finance analysts and other key stakeholders. You will provide leadership and feedback in the development across a range of Insights & Analytics agenda of standards and capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of marketing analytics capabilities to measure and drive optimization of KCNA's marketing investment.Bring best-in-class capability building vision to lead marketing performance and measurement ecosystem - from diagnostics, to leading indicators, to business impacts, and including holistic measurement of Retail and "National" Media.Set future state roadmap to enable evolved marketing performance measurement (e.g., Return on Investment (ROI)).Manage and inspire a high-performing team of capability builders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and professional development.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics capabilities with broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making.Collaborate with third party vendors and data science teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge models, predictive analytics and other data-driven solutions to enhance marketing strategies and measure investment.Lead/oversee development of KCNA meta-analyses and develops best practices across brands.Train and drive best practices in the consistent application of marketing analytics across the KCNA organization.Establish and deploy processes to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investments.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, data science, and digital marketing, providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Challenges the status quo and provokes organization to think differently about possible methods and solutions.Up to 10% travel may be required.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, mathematics or a related field. A master's degree or higher is preferred.15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including extensive experience with optimizing, measuring and predicting the impact of marketing investments.5+ years of experience building and leading high-performance teams within analytics function.Direct experience at a CPG, retailer, media agency or supplier in leading advanced analytics solutions like market mix models, sales lift analyses and people-based measurement to optimize marketing investment.Innovative problem-solver who leverages marketing analytics to support strategic decision-making and challenge the status quo.Experienced in building high-performing teams that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and encourage professional growth. Committed to creating a fun and rewarding work environment.Demonstrated success in driving business results through objective and fact-based analysis, understanding market dynamics, and translating consumer analytics into actionable strategies.
