Job Summary
This role is heading Eaton Compensation & Benefits team in Europe, Middle East and African countries, supporting all Eaton businesses and functions covering a population of 22.000 employees across 45 countries. This role is Eaton strategic compensation and benefits partner to EMEA Leadership and regional HR community, managing Eaton Compensation and Benefits Programs in EMEA. This role is acting as the regional liaison to WHQ Global Compensation and Benefits team and is ensuring integrity of compensation and benefits practices across EMEA to attract, motivate and retain top talents.
Lead EMEA in the design, implementation and management of Eaton C&B strategy, programs, policies and initiatives to maintain and further improve competitive market positioning, ensuring talent attraction and retention, while being aligned with Eaton Total Rewards Philosophy striving for harmonization and simplification.Lead and manage Insured Benefits, Well-being, Pay Actions, Job evaluations, Mobility and C&B vendors in the region.Act as a business partner, strategic solution provider, regional expert and counselor for EMEA HR Business Leaders and Global Compensation and Benefits stakeholders.Partner with the EMEA businesses, leaders and labor relation to ensure coordination and proactive management of C&B matters in EMEA, in full compliance with Eaton processes and EMEA countries' regulations.Provide ongoing analysis and market insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting business decisions and mandatory reporting requirements (Pay Equity, etc.). Develop and provide coaching for HR, leaders and managers on C&B programs and processes to reinforce the organization's understanding and expertise. Assist Due Diligence teams as needed to integrate acquisitions. Manage a team of C&B Managers and Analysts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required/MBA/advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience on the job, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role and process design, management and leadershipMS applications, C&B software (WTW, Mercer, HAY), HR systems (Oracle, SAP SF etc.)Excellent financial / business acumen, analytical abilities combined with a clear focus on thoroughness and quality Previous experience leading, managing and building teams in a fasted paced dynamic environment. High energy and drive to create an environment of continuous improvement. Knowledge of leading practices and external trends in compensation, benefits and HR systemsAbility to interact easily across all levels within the organization; tactful, mature, flexible. High level of collaboration and influencing skills. Executive maturity, strong planning, organization, delegation and decision-making abilities.Ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering and developing productive relationships with senior leadership and line managers across the business. Self-starter with a proactive and inquisitive nature who can anticipate and preempt problems.Strong strategy development and operational execution capabilities Understanding of culture dynamics across EMEA English fluency required.
