As a Director, Co-brand Performance & Strategy, you will support the team in driving our unified customer experience through our co-brand card partnerships. You will focus on: increasing co-brand customer acquisition and retention, generating engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and supporting the definition and execution of co-brand and partner loyalty benefits. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Amex Partnership & Co-brand, you will work on projects including US and International Co-brand strategy and opportunities supporting the broader Hilton and American Express partnership.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Develop and support the growth of Hilton’s long-term strategic partnership with American Express and international partnersLead and/or support the execution of strategic projects, such as new product development, special benefits/offers, and entering into new channels and/or markets.Measure and analyze the performance of each partnership area, identifying opportunities to enhance and/or optimize.Maintain a pulse on industry trends and best practices that can be used to shape Hilton’s American Express partnership globally, including growing co-brand credit card programs and other relationships to drive Hilton loyalty and stay engagement.Be an excellent people manager, leading and developing your teamHow you will collaborate with others:
Responsible for collaborating and fostering our global relationship with a variety of teams at American Express, including Strategic Partnerships, Co-brand Product, Consumer Card Marketing, Small Business Card Marketing, and many more.Internally will collaborate with a variety of teams to facilitate and foster our American Express partnership, including US Co-brand, International Co-brand, Marketing, Payments, Hilton Worldwide Sales, Digital Product, Technology, and many more.What projects you will take ownership of:
Assess and benchmark current co-brand strategies to better position programs for long-term, sustainable growth.Identify and prioritize top opportunity areas for Hilton, American Express, and other issuing partners (as needed) to build upon our existing partnership. Opportunities can be within any of the 120 countries where Hilton does business and can range from advancing payments technology to marketing offers that drive loyalty and/or stay engagement.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Ten (10) years of professional experienceFour (4) yearsof management experience instrategic planning/developmentFour (4) yearsof experience managing/leadinglarge, enterprise-level partnershipsExperience in the co-brand, credit card, and/or financial industryExperience leading and supporting the development of talentAbility to work a hybrid schedule from the McLean, VA office (3 days per week)Travel up to20% (primarily to NYC).It would be useful if you have:
