About the Role
Galileo is looking for a strategic and savvy Director, Client Service who can successfully navigate the landscape of partnerships with health plans and health vendors as we continue to push toward our own objectives as well as meet the needs of our partners and shared goals.
Here's what you'll do
Develop and drive strategic approaches for ensuring maximum satisfaction within our existing health plan partners .Build and grow internal and external relationships that contribute to the overall success and longevity of the partnership.Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, customer education, and problem-solving, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic decisions and growth opportunitiesFacilitate cross-functional efforts to ensure client objectives are met and that the voice of the customer is understood by internal teamsManage tactical responsibilities of each account to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
7+ years planning, managing, and growing large health plan accounts, preferably with experience in both the commercial and Medicare Advantage/Medicaid populations (preference for experience in care delivery or primary care)Ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategic account objectives.Ability to initiate and cultivate meaningful, productive relationships at all levels of an account.Experience communicating and collaborating with internal constituents to secure resources and talent.Ability to plan, execute and measure results, and drive improvement on a continuous basis.Strategic thinking and ability to communicate at every level of the client organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
COMPENSATION RANGE $160,000 - $200,000 based upon experience and market location
