Responsibilities
Establish and grow accounts for innovation and integrated consulting work with a focus on the MedTech and Life Sciences industries
Work in close alignment with Portfolio heads to grow the Digital Engagement Practice & it’s accounts
Collaborate with BU leaders on setting strategy and tactics for growth as well as with principal designers, engineers, and Client Engagement partners in sales pursuits
Support engagements by anticipating the clients’ future risks and needs and help them navigate the complexity and regulatory landscape typical to these industries
Identify key accounts where we can grow, participate in account planning sessions, and raise the visibility of Epam’s capabilities to clients
Advocate for opportunities to deliver innovation and integrated work to existing accounts and qualify them
Demonstrate fluency & command of the range of relevant offerings and case studies
Assemble teams across both the Digital Engagement Practice and EPAM
Educate BU teams on our value and work closely with the assigned Portfolio Head on qualification
Requirements
Extensive experience working within the Med Tech & Life Sciences Industries
Expert Domain knowledge and a demonstrated consultative-sales approach
Comfortable communicating with Portfolio Heads, Account Executives, BU Leadership & Client Engagement Partners
Enjoys team-based work and collaboration
Strong understanding of relevant Digital Engagement offerings and case studies
Open To Traveling to clients & prospects up to 50% In the US
Performance Targets:
The primary measure of performance is realized revenue, with a target of above $5M annually to start with aggressive growth targets
Focused on physical product and engineering projects, we seek both account growth over time, and the origination of new accounts which requires contracts negotiations
Pipeline size and movement are secondary measures to provide a more complete picture of performance, given the length of the sales cycle in these industries
