Reporting to the Executive Director, B2B Enterprise Marketing, you are accountable for driving growth across all Large Provider Organization audience segments, including digital health, value-based care, and provider health systems. The Director will drive growth by leveraging audience insights, competitive and business intelligence, and marketing performance data to create compelling, multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve growth targets. Also, you will work directly with the Health Systems and Managed Care business leaders and lead a team of additional marketers.
The ideal candidate would reside in Central or Eastern time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Define market segments and identify strategic gaps in current go-to-market plans. Ensure gaps are filled in a timely, cost-effective manner.Understand sales cycle, buyer journey, personas, competitive dynamics, and market opportunity to inform go-to-market strategy.Lead the development & refinement of value proposition, product/solution positioning and message architecture, and content strategy across all business areas.
Campaign Execution
Review and approve multi-channel campaign plans in alignment with marketing plan and budget.Work closely with other marketing disciplines (digital, creative, content, communications, research) to ensure channel strategies are optimize based on performance.Lead prioritization and sequencing of strategic, cross-segment activities and ensure team is aligned on roles and responsibilities.
Partner Relationships and Leadership
Serve as marketing business partner to the segment P&L owners. Understand partners' priorities, business initiatives, and key performance indicators to align marketing resources with business objectives.Review and approve annual strategic marketing plan for all B2B Enterprise business areas in collaboration with the segment managers.Review and approve direct reports' budget proposal to align with annual plan and create roll-up proposal across all segments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or Business preferred12-15 years prior work experience in life sciences or healthcare marketing5-8 years prior experience managing peopleExperience managing marketing budget and advertising spendAdaptable in the face of shifting prioritiesStrong leadership skills and ability to motivate direct reports and develop talentDecisive, with the ability to make sound decisions and move work forward in the face of ambiguityA clear, concise, and timely communicatorExcellent at building strong relationshipsConfidently able to generate buy-in, uniting groups/teams around a common visionCommitted to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and supportive work environment
