What makes this a great opportunity?
As Director of B2B within Beam Suntory's North America eCommerce team, you will have a significant impact on Beam Suntory's aspiration to win in the Omni-channel B2B space. You will assess emerging and fast-growing B2B platforms in the BevAlc space and strategize where to play and how to win. You will lead execution and optimization of broad-reach B2B marketing capabilities across On and Off Premise North America customers. Reporting directly to the VP of North America eCommerce, you will manage B2B data, insights, and analytics to inform Omni-channel commercial strategy and enablement for Beam Suntory, serving as a key member of the North America eCommerce and Global Digital leadership team.
Location: Based in any of our core offices (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Louisville, Miami, Chicago and New York) with a strong preference for New York or Chicago.
Role Responsibilities Own the strategy, capability roadmap, data analysis, and key insight synthesis for Omni-B2B Manage prioritization of B2B marketing capabilities and features to meet KPI goals Lead day-to-day execution across omni-B2B platforms Work with key stakeholders at Partner and Distributor organizations to ensure success of Omni-B2B efforts, driving a cycle of continuous improvement Collaborate with Digital Strategy team to drive priorities on the tech roadmap and implement key technological capabilities Partner with Legal, Commercial teams and Commercial Strategy to enable Omni-channel capabilities where relevant across the organization Interface with global IT and digital teams for support on technology implementation and to facilitate the sharing of key learnings Build and maintain relationships with external technology partners who can strengthen Beam Suntory's Omni-channel capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) 8+ years of experience in key digital commerce disciplines at CPG or related company Leadership experience and proven track record in B2B strongly preferred, including understanding of distributor / wholesaler dynamics 5+ years of management experience Demonstrated expertise across merchandising, product management, and digital marketing Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile fast-paced environment Strong entrepreneurial drive Strong stakeholder management skills Robust data management and analytical skills across multiple platforms and interfaces with ability to succinctly distill opportunities Exceptional presentation and communication - written and verbal - skills Self-starter with an ability to handle ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization Knowledge of CRM tools preferred Industry experience in AlcBev preferred Salary Range
The salary range for this role is a base salary of $152,000- $190,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. Salary range is commensurate with candidate's location, experience and skillset
