Autodesk's Education team is looking for a channel leader to lead the Autodesk Learning Partner (ALP) Channel team. You will report to the Senior Director, Field Engagement and Autodesk Learning Partner Program. You will lead a specialized, global team that creates strategy and guides execution for a network of over 1,500 ALPs worldwide. This channel is important to our long-term growth strategy and links directly to the Autodesk Education team's efforts to develop the next generation of Autodesk customers.
Working with the global channel, you will ensure our current customers and the next generation of designers, engineers, manufacturing, and construction professionals acquire the toolsets, skillsets, and mindsets they need to make tomorrow's buildings, roadways, products, and movies. We work in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Inspire and lead a global team responsible for our global network of ALPsEnsure sustained customer satisfaction for education and commercial customers working with our Learning PartnersGrow the health of the ALP channel and improve the value proposition for membershipWork with leaders in Field Engagement, Marketing, Business Operations, Strategy and Offerings to use ALPs to support projects with students, faculty, and education institutionsMake investment decisions, capture insights and measure the effectiveness of ALP activitiesAdvocate for ALPs internally and externally
Minimum Qualifications
Built and managed channel programs at a regional or global scaleScaled a program or business through process and technology optimizationUnderstand channel partner capability, and capacity, specifically in the Autodesk partner ecosystemKnowledge of the Education market, EdTech sector, or Autodesk's productsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related fieldAble to travel, including internationally, up to 30% of the time5 years of work in or with a channel partner-driven organization preferably in the learning, SaaS, or Autodesk ecosystem

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $164,600 and $266,310. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
