  Description du poste

  En collaboration avec le directeur du bureau, le directeur adjoint est responsable de la gestion des gestionnaires de portefeuille et des adjointes technique. Démontrant un bon sens de l'initiative et une forte confiance en ses connaissances techniques, il agit en tant que ''Coach'' auprès des gestionnaires et des adjointes afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipes de travail. Il s'assure du bon rendement de celle-ci en prenant au besoin les mesures requises pour les motiver.

  Ses responsabilités seront, sans s'y limiter, les suivantes : Gérer les équipes des gestionnaires de portefeuille et des Adjointes technique; Assurer la rétention, la formation et le développement professionnel des gestionnaires et des adjointes; Organiser et animer les réunions mensuelles; Communiquer la vision de l'entreprise et voir à l'atteinte des objectifs; Effectuer l'appréciation de la performance des membres de son équipe; Effectuer, en collaboration avec le directeur du bureau, les révisions salariales; Assurer le suivi régulier et la vérification des différents rapports mensuels; Assurer le respect de l'image professionnelle de l'entreprise, en collaboration avec les RH et l'équipe de conformité; Assurer la conformité des méthodes de travail (Épic); Assurer et coordonner le suivi des formations et des UFC offerts par l'équipe de formation; Veiller au respect des exigences de l'entreprise; Assurer la réalisation de différents projets. EXIGENCES DU POSTE

  Compétences techniques Diplôme d'études collégiales et permis de l'AMF en assurance de dommages; 3 à 5 années d'expérience en assurance de dommages; Bilingue (français/anglais); Maîtrise de l'environnement Office. Compétences personnelles Sens du leadership; Capacité à développer des courtiers performants en promouvant la bonne attitude et les meilleures pratiques; Sens de l'initiative ; Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à établir des priorités et faire des suivis; Souci du détail; Fait preuve de confidentialité et de discrétion; Capacité éprouvée à travailler dans un environnement dynamique au rythme accéléré; Aptitudes en résolution de problème; Aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle. Compétences complémentaires Connaissance du logiciel EPIC, un atout. *

  Assistant Director, Eastern Region Job Description

  In collaboration with the office director, the Assistant director is responsible for managing Account Managers and Technical Assistants. Demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and confidence in technical knowledge, they act as a 'Coach' to Account Managers and Technical Assistants to ensure smooth team operations. They ensure the team's performance by taking necessary measures to motivate them when needed.

  Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing the Account Managers and Technical Assistants' teams; Ensuring retention, training, and professional development of Managers and Assistants; Organizing and conducting monthly meetings; Communicating the company's vision and ensuring goal achievement; Conducting performance appraisals of team members; Collaborating with the Office Director on salary reviews; Regularly monitoring and verifying various monthly reports; Upholding the company's professional image in collaboration with HR and compliance teams; Ensuring compliance with work methods (EPIC); Overseeing and coordinating the tracking of training and continuing education offered by the training team; Ensuring compliance with company requirements; Overseeing the completion of various projects. Job Requirements

  Technical skills College diploma and AMF license in property and casualty insurance 3 to 5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance Bilingual (French/English) Proficiency in the Office environment Personal skills Leadership qualities Ability to develop high-performing brokers by promoting good attitudes and best practices Initiative Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up Attention to detail Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Problem-solving skills Interpersonal communication skills Additional skills Knowledge of EPIC software is an asset.
