  As a Facilities & Maintenance Specialist for Nike House of Innovation, you will play an important role in realizing the Nike strategy in our Key City. You will be responsible to support the maintenance of our HOI location by assisting the Facilities & Maintenance Head Coach in his missions and being a key contact for the building occupants, the vendors and service providers.

  You will report into the Facilities Head Coach while working closely with different departments in the building and the Facilities team in our European Head Office located in The Netherlands. You will be responsible to support the maintenance of our retail location by recognizing business opportunities, investments, projects, or program opportunities. You will work across a broad range of teams from Store Management, Construction, Real Estate, Health & Safety, Store Operations, Retail Leadership while managing the services of third-party vendors.

  The candidate for this position needs to have the following traits and skills:

  Responsible for the physical spaces used by Nike incorporating the administration of all related maintenance and cleaning activities, building usage, and upkeep for the HOI location and corresponding WD+C support.

  Focus on providing services which help ensure a safe, healthy, and effective work environment to our athletes and consumers

  Manage Work Orders request in our Facilities Management tool (Service Channel platform) to deliver KPI's in alignments with contractual agreements.

  Follow up agenda of the planned preventative maintenance visits. Follow up on remedial works and required paperwork.

  Welcome, escort and manage HOI vendors everyday associated with FM.

  Work on projects and opportunities that help optimize inefficiencies and reduce OPEX.

  Work across the Nike matrix to address challenges and resolve issues in a timely manner. Solving a range of problems through long-term insights and actions by maintaining communication with store team, soliciting feedback, and advising on business processes.

  Maintain knowledge of all current building systems, processes, administrative documentations (related to the security commission), as well as policies and procedures.

  Managing projects related to the implementation of upgrades or policy changes as assigned

  Maintain close relations with our Facilities vendors, SSIAP team, and internal stakeholders, building understanding of needs and requirements

  Develop, maintain, educate, and train on facilities processes and documentations, while continuously striving for increased efficiencies and effectiveness.

  Create and analyze reports to track KPI's and deliver service excellence Facilitate Independent inspections, the "levée de reserves" and legal paperwork.

  Partner with the Store Director and the Leadership team to ensure building remains compliant. The candidate will be required to perform the following tasks, among others:

  Create work orders when a problem requires remedial repairs and intervention. Gather all info needed (description, pictures, video, troubleshooting) with instore technicians and store team to ensure fast and efficient answer from our service provider.

  Read, update, answer the questions in the notes in the work orders and update the Smartsheet tools accordingly.

  Collect, save, archive all required worksheets, reports and documents in the BOX folders and support the FM Head Coach with the management of all the files according to the French regulation.

  Chase the service provider and/or our FM managing agent (Mace)

  Support the Facilities Head Coach with the maintenance calendar for both reactive and preventive interventions and inspections of the building. Ensure a clear and precise follow-up according to the French regulations.

  Update and share daily the list of interventions planned the next day.

  Update daily the onsite access list to ensure all scheduled technicians and vendors can enter the premises.

  Support where and when needed with the interventions if the technicians need to be escorted or need explanation, signature of the worksheet, or advise.

  Support where and when needed with the pickups and deliveries linked to FM activities.

  Develop training tools and materials and deliver training sessions to ensure all managers know how to behave in case of an issue.

  Requirements for the position include:

  Bachelor degree

  Experience in retail stores environment

  Experience managing maintenance and/or operations would be a plus.

  Excellent command of English & French, both written and spoken

  Team player attitude, solid positive energy, confidence, integrity, and passion for the Brand

  Ability to deliver results against tight and complex timelines. Navigate large amount of information, while "connect the dots" from various department and processes.

  Champion & embrace change

  Demonstrate operational knowledge and commercial mindset

  Strong MS-office and Project Management Tools skills (e.g.: Smartsheet)

  Time flexibility as this position requires sometimes to readjust schedule or lunch breaks due to unforeseen issue or incident in the building.
