As a vital member of the team, you'll contribute to crafting and executing strategic growth plans, utilizing a combination of marketing, product, and analytical methodologies to achieve and sustain rapid expansion. The User Growth team boasts a wealth of mature product growth levers, showcasing proficiency in their strategic application across diverse businesses. Responsibilities:
- Independently complete post-production, editing, packaging design, output video content on time according to timeline.
- To communicate with the director, complete the material arrangement and output of different creative ideas as requested by the director, and accurately implement the logical construction of the video content.
- To create secondary creations/mash-up to enhance the visual impact of the video/motion graphic material, subject to the creative realization of the video material.
- Controlling the visual presentation of the project and the implementation and landing of the post-production plan.
- Produce product/region/specific video post methodology and empower team partners.
- Manage editing vendor process & resource iteration.
Qualifications
- English as the working language.
- Proficient in Premiere Pro/ Final Cut Pro, proficient in After Effects, Photoshop.
- Film and television media, film, animation, advertising and other related specialties/degree are preferred.
- Has the ability to independently complete video content editing and post-packaging design, including color grading, audio retouching, etc. MG animation or 3D modeling is a plus.
- Good communication skills, organization skills and time management skills.
- Good at thinking about the relationship between video clips and visual communication, and controlling the visual orientation of the video.
