Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead the implementation of digital technologies, such as IoT, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, to enhance manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.
Manufacturing Excellence: Identify and implement best practices and methodologies to improve manufacturing operations, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing among team members.
Team Management: Lead a team of professionals involved in digitalization and manufacturing excellence initiatives. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring their success.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain, to drive alignment and support the successful implementation of digitalization and manufacturing excellence initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure understanding, buy-in, and successful execution of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing manufacturing excellence methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, such as IoT, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, and their applications in manufacturing.
• In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to identify process bottlenecks and drive effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
