About the role:
As Service Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to work on two assignments based in two separate locations: first year in Bridgewater (USA) and the second year in Barcelona (Spain).
Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards. Continuously monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, acting as a point of escalation for any service-related issues or concerns. Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize service delivery processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Performance Analysis: Analyze service performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services that align with business expectations. Portfolio Rationalization: Identify opportunities to optimize the whole applications portfolio, through decommissioning process, move to cloud, and obsolescence's remediation.Transversal Cooperation: act as a strong change agent across all teams to improve team engagement and accelerate adoption of change.Budget Management: support Operations and Finance areas on all topics related to budget elaboration, actuals monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.Service Delivery: act as a single point of contact for all issues related to AIMS (service supporting application), such as Demand Management, Applications On-Off Boardings, Budget elaboration & monitoring, monthly invoice validation.
About you:
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related field
At least one year of experience in operations management role
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Fluent English, Spanish would be an asset
