As a Digital Solution Development Testing Engineer, you will deal with all topics around testing, from setup of test requirements, develop test plans until carry out of tests, create reports, and finally take responsibility in the product release process. Additionally, you will develop more creative and innovative solutions around the tire, like innovative sensors and electrical systems, integrated into vehicle or stationary networks.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Collection of technical requirements of products / system;
Generation of test plans to validate the specification;
Ensure carry out of test plans and create test reports
Ensure close communication with technical stakeholders;
Development of technical/electronic/software-based solutions, including concept generation, evaluation of solution proposals, steering of realization;
Design of innovative approaches with the target to get, to use and/or to transmit information about the tire;
Usage of vehicle and/or stationary networks.
University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related studies;
Practical experience in electronics (e.g., sensors, embedded controller);
Advanced programming knowledge in Python, C etc. (e.g., in realization of applications based on embedded controllers);
Enthusiastic to deal with latest technology trends and to transfer these to tire related topics;
System component know-how;
Knowledge in test concepts and specification;
Experience with CAN bus, is a plus;
Experience in development steering (in line and projects), is a plus;
Interested in project management;
Self-motivated, openness and responsibility awareness;
Collaborative, team player attitude and open-minded;
Proficent English language skills (written / spoken).
