Ford Pro Tech -Data & Analytics (D&A) is a global team responsible for the strategy & delivery of 360 data services, modern business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions powering Ford Pro. This enables Ford Pro to operate as an analytics-driven business in a highly competitive marketplace!
We are seeking a well rounded Digital Analyst who is a an expert in web analytics and can lead end-to-end measurement including tagging strategy development to delivering reporting and optimization insights.
This role will report to the Manager, Integrated Marketing Analytics Ford Pro. D&A works in a Product Management Delivery model working end-to-end with business partners, analytics managers, product owners, product designers, data scientists, business intelligence engineers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver analytics innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
Manage maintenance web analytics tool to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of site data. Lead development and execution of effective tagging strategies to capture relevant data points and events on the website. Collaborate with cross-functional Ford Pro teams and agencies to define tagging requirements for new website features, campaigns, and initiatives. Ensure regular audits of tagging implementations are conducted to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Analyze website data and user behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports and/or dashboards to effectively communicate key findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Perform in-depth analysis of website traffic, conversion rates, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to uncover areas for optimization. Utilize A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize website performance and user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics, tagging, and data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Site Analytics, with proven ability in leading cross-functional teams and agencies. 5+ year experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar platforms. Hands on experience with tag management systems (TMS) such as Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely or Monetate. 3-5 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Marketing Cloud Insights (formerly Datarama) or Tableau.

MBA Preferred Proven ability to interpret complex data, create actionable insights and effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
