  Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Digital Sales Specialist - Eye Care - National role will make an impact:

  Key responsibilities for this role include:

  Create and implement strategically sound business plans and tactical strategies within the assigned geographic territory to achieve individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, call metrics, appropriate sample distribution, etc.

  Territory for Western US includes: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Hawaii and Alaska.

  Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales:

  Promote products via live virtual interactions with assigned HCP targets.

  Profile and manage a list of HCP targets and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.

  Maintain call productivity and metrics.

  Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and programs.

  Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Supplier Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines, relevant state and federal laws and regulations, and terms and conditions prescribed in the Sample Administration Agreements and PDMA Guidelines.

  Participate in teleconference and live National, regional and district meetings.

  Will require 15-50% travel.

  The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.

  1-2+ years of B2b sales experience or relevant in-office eye care experience preferred.

  Strong ability to make impactful presentations virtually.

  Ability to work a schedule that accommodates potentially different time zones.

  Ability to travel to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend).

  Must be able to successfully complete training and meet training expectations to proceed to servicing customers within the parameters of the program.

  Prior tele-sales experience preferred.

  Pharmaceutical/medical sales preferred but not required.

  Results-oriented with a track record of success.

  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills.

  Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills.

  Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge.

  Self-motivated and disciplined.

  Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  Demonstrated technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g., Laptop, Zoom, Telephony system, etc.).

  Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English are preferred.

  Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $56,000.00 - $84,000.00 USD.
