Job Title:Digital Program Manager Global eCommerceSummary:Lead the implementation and delivery of Momentive's global eCommerce strategy and long-term product roadmap. Initiate the global implementation of MyMomentive.com and continually manage the portfolio of eCommerce solutions by setting end-to-end milestones and delivering future UX improvements in the areas of digital merchandising, site optimization, personalization, taxonomy, pricing, and promotions. In addition, the Digital Program Manager works closely with technical product owners to ensure the roadmap not only represents the needs of our customers and stakeholders, but accurately reflects what and when it can be delivered. This includes partnering cross functionally with digital marketing, MarCom, customer service, IT, sales leaders, and external agencies.Responsibilities Include:Leverage 10+ years of professional experience and competencies to drive more than $500MM in global sales and digital transformation through strategy development and planning for both the MyMomentive and Momentive.com platforms. This includes owning the digital strategy for deployment of all key assets including, BI tools, analytics, training, pre/post launch communication, user experience, and integration across Momentive platforms.Acts as subject matter expert and valued partner to consult cross-functionally with senior leadership in Sales, Customer Service, Brand, Marketing Communications, and IT to drive profitable growth. This includes the ability to build trust and influence Global leaders through regular engagement and effective communication to deliver company-wide goals and objectives.Uses critical thinking to identify, create, and implement innovative tools to drive incremental sales through enhanced lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and adoption. Leverages these tools to reduce and eliminate manual processes, maximize efficiency, and deliver cost reductions within the Momentive supply chain.Executes the delivery of Momentive's Global eCommerce initiatives and interacts between business, technology, and user experience to develop programs that engage customers and provide a best-in-class user experience.Works closely with technical product owners to ensure the roadmap not only represents the needs of our customers and stakeholders but accurately reflects what and when it can be delivered.Utilizes data and insights from industry experts, customers, competitive analysis, and platform analytics to continuously improve business performance.Develops and manages well-structured project plans and enforces Statements of Work, as well as manages project risk, issues, scope, timelines, and budget.Lead development and implementation of the PIM platform and associated product information.Continuously research, recommend, and implement site functionality and UX improvements to increase conversion and revenue.Shares ongoing KPIs, initiatives, and product enhancements with leadership to demonstrate results.Completes all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:The following are required for the roleBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering and/or equivalent work experience executing digital transformation within large multi-billion dollar manufacturing or broadline distribution companies.Minimum 10+ years professional experience in B2B eCommerce Strategy, Marketing, Program/Project Management, Sales, and managing complex customer requirements in the implementation of B2B digital commerce solutions.Works independently without appreciable direction to identify, develop, manage, and execute complex requirements that drive our Global Digital Transformation.
