  Job Duties and Responsibilities

  As we continue to build out our 5G network and navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This individual will be a key contributor in building and enhancing this capability.

  As a member of the Digital Center of Excellence Product Management and Experience Design organization, you will be part of a team that employs a squad-like model, leveraging agile methodologies to accelerate the development of exceptional omnichannel user experiences across our diverse portfolio of businesses. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be the steward of your digital products including consumer-facing web and mobile apps, as well as internal digital support tools, all of which enable our partners, customers, and workforce to offer frictionless shopping experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, interface with other product managers, and possess deep product knowledge with an eye for the holistic user experience. The ideal candidate will require strong external communications and relationship management skills to work with counterparts and business leads across the portfolio of digital products.

  Key partners/relationships: Business leaders (Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling, etc.), Product Management, Experience Design, IT, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and Operations leaders.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Guiding Digital Transformation: Take a leading role to propel the digital transformation of various lines of business within our portfolio. Devise and implement strategies that harness agile and lean methodologies to expedite the growth of digital capabilities.Agile Squad Contribution: Contribute to a high-performing product team working within a squad-like model. Cultivate a collaborative and forward-thinking atmosphere while upholding agile and lean practices.Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with product, design, tech, and business teams to deploy new product capabilities and enhancements, seamlessly. Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, user needs, and business goals.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, monitoring key performance indicators, and iterating on the user experience ecosystem to meet evolving user needs.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate the vision, progress, and impact of digital capabilities and user experience initiatives.Skills, Experience and Requirements

  Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

  Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, or business analysis within technologyExperience with B2C platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services, or Retail industryProven track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycleExperience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle managementExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teamsExperience with Design Thinking and Agile Framework methodologiesExperience in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering shared capabilities Skills and Qualifications:

  Proven track record of working in an agile software product development environmentStrong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principlesExperience in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering shared capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, product management skills, along with great communication and collaboration skillsDiplomatic, relationship building, and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authorityDemonstrated ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and technical concepts, and evaluate new ideasStrong customer empathy, able to easily put themselves in the user's shoesDemonstrated success in both enterprise and more nimble/startup culturesExecutive presence and commercial acumenFamiliarity with a range of D2C platforms and solutionsGrit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and exploreSalary Range

  Compensation: $75,600.00/Year - $108,000.00/Year

  The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total

  compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

  This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
