About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Director to design, develop and implement digital capabilities for Commercial Banking (CB), and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) customers. This leader will report to the India Head of Strategy and Digital Innovation, and to the Head of Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking Digital. Outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to build an integrated team across the U.S. and India, closely partnered with Technology, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement, will be determining factors in selection.
In this role, you will:Manage and develop two or more specialized teams of managers and digital professional individual contributors with focus on supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a large business line or functional area for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function or affected by its outcomesIdentify opportunities and strategies for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have enterprise-wide impactLead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product managementInterpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and riskCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadershipManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business groupDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyProvide strategic leadership and manage a team to execute the digital roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners Build cohesive partnership across the global leadership team to ensure alignment on priorities, talent, and deliverables Partner with Technology to build and develop our India Digital resources, and increase collaboration with Technology. Ensure clients and partners are successful by driving critical digital tools, insights and information to help manage their business where and how they want itIdentify opportunities and strategies for digital programs and initiatives with both Enterprise and LOB impact Make strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product managementManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives Create and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyUphold and maintain a balance between risk mitigation and operational efficiencyBuild relationships and partner closely with Wells Fargo SDI and CB and CIB leaders, as well as partners across the entire organization Required Qualifications:
18+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education10+ years of management experience10+ years of Banking experienceDesired Qualifications:Strong expertise in Commercial/Business with a deep understanding of digital channels, products, and customer behavior in the financial services industry.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business results.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive organizational change.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling executive-level presentations, tell stories that engage stakeholders, and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Proven experience in driving stakeholder agreement and alignment, navigating through differing perspectives and negotiating trade-offs to ensure strategic objectives are met.A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to drive business transformation and stay ahead of industry trends.Fluent with operating in a scaled agile environmentStrong relationship development and negotiation skills with global cross functional stakeholdersAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersMBA preferredWe Value Diversity
