Job Description Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The North American (NA) Digital Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting solutions and services for Visa’s largest issuers in Canada and US. We are in love with digital analytics and push the boundaries on how we continuously reimagine our solutions for our clients.
The VCA team is looking for a Director of Digital Performance analytics, to lead our digital consulting practice and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the NA region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that seeks to innovative everything they touch, carries a disruptor mindset, and can articulate/create impactful presentations. This role works together with our Product Experience Design (PxD) team and Visa Marketing Services team to collaborate and solve all our client solutions
You will be ultimately responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets and related operational responsibilities (e.g., pipeline reporting, crafting client-facing collateral, writing proposals, and collaborating with delivery teams). You have strong executive presence with clients, including SVP+ digital/CMO leaders at nationally and regionally-focused clients. You are excited by the prospect of measuring your success through attainment of revenue growth targets.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned business leader who can understand the bespoke needs of Visa client types. The role will collaborate closely with matrixed stakeholders who deliver the services and who product manage the services. This person will articulate the value proposition to clients, address client feedback, and ultimately close the sales.
Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling
Uncover client needs, challenges, and opportunities with respect to implementation services
Present solutions to clients that address their needs
Quantify the value and differentiation of the solution for clients
Identify the client decision-making stakeholders and processes
Define the value proposition and develop sales collateral, including sales presentations and 'tear sheets'
Develop product pricing strategy, ensure product profitability
Solution Delivery
Strong project and program management skills
Manage multiple client projects at the same time while building new solutions for our practice

Speak to technical and non-technical aspects of solutions

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
• 5+ years of hands on SEO experience with enterprise clients
Preferred Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience with enterprise level SEO tools (ex: Deepcrawl/Lumar, Conductor, brightedge, Splunk etc.) and Experience with location management platforms

Certified/Experience in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly knowing how to target, segment, optimize and manage analytics to position to customers via analytics)
Deep background to use external/3rd-party data sources to attain and supplement the data required for our solutions

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,200.00 to 207,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
