The Opportunity
Your focus is to build compelling experiences for customers, developers, partners, and internal teams across the entire DX suite of products, such as Workfront, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, and more. You will be an evangelist for data-led experiences that are clear, engaging, and always customer-focused; and an internal leader in assisting teams across the organization to synthesize and share knowledge that will help our customers succeed.
What you'll Do
Conceptualize, test, and develop technical programs and automations that enhance the Success Account Manager role and streamline internal and external processes
Discovery and identify opportunities for more efficient workflows in the Success Account Manager role
Focus on data hygiene within account information and look for opportunities to automate account information changes at scale
Leverage data to determine the right approaches and methods
Audit programs and data to determine what is working (and iterate based on that information)
Develop journeys and resources for both internal and external audiences that accelerate their success
Identify insights based on customer engagement with the journeys you develop
What you need to succeed
2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Sales Operations, Program Management.
Tools Expert: Proven expertise in commonly used platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo Engage, Gainsight, Workfront, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.
Problem-solver: Ability to unpack complex problems and work towards a solution using data as a primary tool.
Intellectual Curiosity & Agility: A quick learner that can simplify complex concepts, then troubleshoot for resolution. Be creative and willing to try new approaches.
Decision Making & Accountability: Calm with a can-do approach, especially under time or other pressure; weigh conflicting goals and commitments to make decisions based on core values; work in an organized matter; set professional goals, aligned with business outcomes. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects at once.
Product Knowledge: Clear communication about Adobe products, while actively listening; seek out innovative approaches while remaining focused on solutions.
Leadership Presence: Consistently positive encounters with peers, customers, prospects, and partners; trusting relationship built early in relationship and maintained throughout
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $77,000 -- $138,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
