Digital Operations Portfolio Associate
Our digital operations team is responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of our global clients' digital platforms and the related ecosystem of partners, through effective governance of processes and procedures to maintain, update, manage, and evolve those platforms while dealing with operational risk and promoting business effectiveness.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Digital Operations Portfolio Associate with a focus on managing client stakeholders, governance of a complex set of digital operations workstreams, and possessing experience in planning and risk management. This hybrid role combines elements of a PMO and a client engagement associate to drive successful outcomes and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and operational management for the client Stay on top of all digital activities managed by the relevant teams (including but not limited to Websites, CRM, Analytics, and social media).Support a team operating across multiple digital capabilities to deliver exceptional results.Work with team leads to allocate resources, estimate budgets, track project costs, and create production schedules for all digital projects.Manage timely reporting on overall operational status, providing insights and recommendations both to the client and internally.Monitor and interpret data and analytics on workflows, processes, and related performance metrics to identify operational inefficiencies and devise solutions for improvement.Act as a point of escalation for issues raised by the client or the digital operations team, providing expert support and direction to drive swift resolution.Promote efficiency and optimization across the client's digital ecosystem through innovative strategies and process improvements.
