Mapping marketing and business strategies into architecture and technology strategy;
Having an enhanced understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc);
Driving end to end digital marketing transformation by scoping and shaping strategy, business goals, marketing innovation, programs and deliverables;
Consulting and delivering enterprise-wide marketing solutions across the full ad technology and marketing technology landscape (analytics, data, campaigns, etc.);
Providing strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including: Analytics, personalization, customer data platforms (ex: Adobe, Redpoint, Salesforce), data management platforms (Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce), ad technology, testing and optimization;
Leading digital marketing platform strategy, design and architecture;
Having familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs and running data queries with SQL or similar language;
Engaging with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulating solution options, evaluating tradeoffs and influencing key decisions;
Defining goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures and implementations for martech/adtech solutions, including, but not limited to data management platforms and customer data platforms;
Thinking strategically about business, marketing and technical challenges;
Evaluating, implementing and managing martech/adtech solutions (i.e. customer data platform);
Familiarity with CRM/MAP platforms (i.e. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud);
Having hands on experience with data flows, system integrations, enterprise/shared systems, governance/framework documentation and identity management methodology;
Working with audience based digital marketing strategy either at an agency or brand; and,
Driving project managing through a full lifecycle, including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget;
Owning the Marketing Technology Architecture from end to end;
Being responsible for integrity, structure and development of Marketing Technology products;
Leading coordination with enabling functions such as IT and the global marketing organization;
Leading digital experience development cycles, requirement gathering, development, QA and optimization;
Directing team and coordinating implementation strategy for a technology stack that is aligned to business needs;
Implementing the strategic roadmap and long-term vision for MarTech investments to improve the business;
Driving change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts;
Contributing to training of marketing software and user adoption;
Providing required access for data and applications, assisting in deployments in addition to external integrations to AEP; and,
Collaborating with Marketing leadership to evolve the use of data within the marketing function allowing us to stay ahead, responding to clients in real-time, and limiting redundancy.
