  WHAT YOU’LL DO

  Braze is looking for a paid search expert to evolve and scale our Global SEM strategy. As a key member of our Global Digital Marketing team, you will work alongside colleagues based in diverse regions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Digital Marketing, this role will collaborate with cross functional marketing teams to develop and execute paid search strategies that are part of holistic, multifaceted global campaigns. 

  The role will be responsible for optimizing campaigns Globally and rolling out localization strategies within the Regional markets. Your primary focus will be generating pipeline and optimizing pipe to spend ratios through bid optimizations, A/B split testing, and landing page optimizations. 

  The ideal candidate must have experience running global search campaigns, operate with a data driven mindset, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC to align with business goals and drive pipeline and bookings growth.  Set up campaigns, develop keyword lists, create ad groups, write ads, set up targeting and create audience segments with paid search platforms (Google Ads & Bing Ads). Optimize current setup/approach, identifying new opportunities for architecture, ad types, bidding, copy, and landing experience. Implement tests to prove enhancement through new approaches. Conduct regular analysis of Channel/Campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly to improve KPIs. Work within Google Tag Manager to efficiently manage and deploy essential tracking tags and ensure accurate data collection.  Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between paid search and organic search efforts, leveraging SEO insights for paid campaigns. WHO YOU ARE

  7+ years running global paid search campaigns and a deep understanding of regional nuances when executing campaigns, including a proven track record of successfully managing localized ads in LATAM, EMEA and APAC markets.  Google Campaign Expert: Proficiency in managing various Google campaign types, including Performance Max, Value Based Bidding, Display for remarketing, and Youtube. Google ads certification preferred.  Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets and the ability to make informed decisions on budget allocation based on performance data. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, propose solutions, and resolve issues. B2B Saas or prior agency experience preferred.  For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,600 and $116,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $107,000 and $145,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
