Reporting to the Marketing Director, Integrated Media and Digital, the Digital Marketing Manager leads the development, execution, and evaluation of Integrated Media and Digital Marketing plans across the enterprise of Kimberly-Clark Brands in Canada. This is a hybrid role based from Kimberly-Clark's Mississauga, Ontario corporate office.
In this role you will:
Be a thought leader and consultant in the development, execution, and evaluation of digital, integrated media, omnichannel marketing plans and content across the enterprise and all brands.Lead the execution of digital acceleration projects for the Canadian enterprise, ensuring collaboration between key stakeholders. Define project objectives, business benefits, ways of working and measures of success.Partner with the Canadian brand team to consult on and execute Integrated Media, Social Media and Content workstreams across the Canadian enterprise.Contribute knowledge and expertise to influence digital media (ex. Google, Pinterest, etc.) partnerships and Joint Business Plans, driving innovation in strategic pillars and thought leadership on learning plan agendas.In partnership with the agencies, Kimberly-Clark IT, Insights & Analytics, Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) Advanced Marketing Capabilities and the global holistic measurement teams, leverage the holistic measurement platform to provide reporting, analysis and insights for key PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned) media initiatives.Analyze consumer data to find the right consumers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels.In partnership with KCNA Advanced Marketing Capabilities team and agencies, perform tactical work within tools (for example, Epsilon People Cloud, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, GA4, etc.) to support the execution and measurement of day-to-day consumer experience and engagement in Canada.In partnership with KCNA Advanced Marketing Capabilities, Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence and Digital Technology Solutions teams, build digital marketing capabilities and strategies that drive our digital transformation, enabling business growth through personalized consumer experiences.Participate in new brand marketing initiatives and presentations, including relevant Agency Day and operational meetings.Interface with counterparts in the development of digital, media and omnichannel media best practices.Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, bringing relevant opportunities forward to the Canadian brand team.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in a relevant discipline (i.e., Marketing, PR, Communications, etc.) and 5+ years prior experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Influencer Marketing, Audience Strategy and/or Omnichannel Marketing. Past agency experience and/or experience working in a matrixed organization would be considered an asset.Deep understanding of Digital Marketing with a consumer-first approach, analytical aptitude, and test-and-learn mindset.History of demonstrated success in the development, execution, and evaluation of owned and paid marketing channels, across brand, performance, and retail, that grow the business with strong KPI results.Proven thought-leadership in the areas of audience strategy, consumer data integrations and utilization, and integrated marketing planning.Results focused, decisive, analytical, and collaborative self-starter with a passion to learn and innovate.Experience operating within a highly matrixed organization and with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with team members, both internal and external, across the organization.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage and navigate project delivery and execution with multiple internal and external stakeholders.A deep understanding of the consumer experience and advertising landscape, particularly in social media and influencer marketing, with a history of creating transformational brand communications and programs, enabled by best-in-class consumer engagement and content.Demonstrated passion for emerging marketing technologies, with an established desire to stay up-to date on best practices in digital, social and omnichannel marketing trends.Experience with Digital, CRM, and Omnichannel Marketing technologies (ex. Epsilon People Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform - including DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager and Google Universal Analytics and/or GA4, Amazon Marketing Cloud, etc.) is preferred.
