Zendesk is looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search, to join the Performance Marketing team to execute our paid search strategy, driving high-performing initiatives to improve the return on our marketing investment and grow leads and revenue from paid search campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance marketing superstar with a proven track record of optimizing complex global campaigns for multiple products and audiences in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will be an SEM ninja, highly analytical, and who is excited by the challenge to further expand and optimize our paid search program.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on management and optimization of search campaigns to build a best-in-class SEM program for Zendesk across different regions globallyDay-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple search engines (e.g. Google, Bing, etc.) to exceed goals and maximize return on ad spendIdentify opportunities to expand our search efforts; Conduct ongoing keyword research and expansionRigorously test every aspect of paid search-keyword, ad copy, landing pages to drive optimal performance resultsPartner with the teams in regions to adjust the campaign to the local context and maximize relevanceSupport new product launches and promotions through new copy and messagingMonitor daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly budgets and pacing to achieve key metrics, KPI goals, and ROI targets
Desired Skills and Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience running paid search campaigns on major search engines platforms (AdWords & Bing) at a global company preferredHands-on experience with desktop AdWords and Bing editor toolsDeep knowledge of search engine marketing, bidding strategies, and A/B testingExperienced in performance marketing, with a focus on understanding Return on Investment (ROI)Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsAbility to clearly communicate results, key learnings, and areas of opportunitiesProficiency in Excel is a must: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas are your friendsExcellent project management skills with proven ability to meet the deadlineProficiency/ fluency in one or more languages is a plus: Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, etc.BA/BS required

In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
