Your Mission:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and delivering best-in-class digital programs for our EMEA region. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment alongside demand and field marketing managers in support of regional priorities and will leverage programmatic, content syndication and paid media channels to achieve objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is excited to join a vibrant marketing organization at a mission-based company to further refine their skills and expand their professional experience.
The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work across teams, and time zones (East Coast US).- Oversee agency relationships to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of programming
- Work closely with field marketing managers to deliver plans to meet their objectives
- Manage regional digital budget from initial planning through reporting
- Complete regular analysis of campaign performance including suggested recommendations for further improvement
- Develop a build and test approach to identify new channels and publishing partnerships
- Apply a relentless focus on program optimization

Your Education & Experience:
- Usually Requires 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree. Concentration in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications preferred
- Experience supporting digital marketing approaches for b2b technology offerings
- Digital marketing experience through various social media channels is required
- Prior experience working with and/or managing agency relationships including annual planning, execution, budget management and reconciliation
- Experience working closely and managing agency relationships is needed
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally
- Strong project management experience
