Description
We are looking for an experienced commerce professional to manage operations and process optimisation for our Digital Shared Services Marketing team. This individual should enjoy a fast-paced environment where they can affect the customer experience and be an instrumental part of expanding our foot print into multiple digital teams.
The role will require the candidate to quickly understand the marketing tools, operation and business.
Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective work flow; improve processes and reduce discrepancies
Execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
Perform deep-dive on the KPIs and report out the findings
Perform quality check to qualify user experience. Candidate need to use software tools for quality audit, content editing and data capture
Work with various teams (e.g. Marketing, program teams) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect marketing workflows
Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals
Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations
You exhibit expertise on different SOPs & prove ability to determine right usage when required.
You leverage your expertise to build collaborations with internal teams to contribute on team goals.
Exhibits proficiency in business communication to be clear & concise in verbal and written communication.
You identify blockers to processes and escalate issues via appropriate channels. You also follow through on resolutions or flag it to the right POCs.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of sales or account management experience
5+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Experience with Excel
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of e-commerce and the book industry
