The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of C.H. Robinson's marketing strategies and initiatives to deliver upon enterprise, divisional and regional objectives set by leadership. In this role, you will work with the Head of Marketing, Oceania, as well as the corporate marketing team to manage a wide variety of commercial marketing projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in strategic marketing and/or digital marketing; the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and strong project management skills to drive initiatives through to fruition.
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Lead the development and delivery of high-quality, strategically sound, and thoroughly planned digital marketing campaigns with measurable sales impact that reflect business needs and acumen.Plan and execute a variety of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of products, services, and trade lanes across our owned, shared, and paid marketing channels.Perform overall project management including writing project briefs and scopes, communicating with a variety of audiences, setting/meeting deadlines, timelines and executing on deliverables within budget.Measure project performance and ROI through reporting on project updates, status, completion, analytics, and ongoing sales success to internal stakeholders with the intention of developing insights to maximise success and lead generation opportunities.Manage and contribute to regional website content.Lead in consultation with the Head of Marketing, Oceania, to deliver and manage the regional social media strategy.Conducts keyword research and curates' content with the marketing team based on keywords to drive traffic and generate sales.Independently plans and implements search engine marketing campaigns.Gathers and evaluates web analytics and metrics to be used for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs.Development and management of regional sales collateral and distribution via intranet.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote efficient processes, effective execution, and client satisfaction.Identifying new marketing opportunities and analyse competitor activity.Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, marketing or related field.3 to 5 years of strategic marketing or digital marketing experience.Competencies:Oral and written communication skills.Creativity.Analytical thinking skills.Strategic thinking skills.Detail oriented.Computer skills.
