　　We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Communications Associate to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments across the organization to plan, create, and implement compelling messaging and communication strategies aimed at brand awareness and elevating product information. Your primary focus will be creating and executing email campaigns, automated HubSpot initiatives, digital advertising, and optimizing the website experience for surgeons and patients.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

　　As a key collaborator, you will work closely with Marketing, Medical Education, and Leadership teams to harness messages tailored for surgeon and patient communications. Your creativity and data driven recommendations will drive the digital communication strategy for the Foot & Ankle Business Unit as you develop marketing collateral and strategies suitable for diverse platforms including SEO, digital advertising, drip campaigns, web, and other media outlets. Additionally, you will actively contribute to media placement decisions. Your responsibilities will extend to:

　　Serving as the editor for formal business communications.Crafting and implementing measurement tools to analyze the effectiveness of messaging programs, quantifying revenue generated from executed initiatives.Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive communication calendar for digital campaigns.

　　Required Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's Degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or a related field)0-3 years' experienceProficiency in email programs (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and content calendars for social media.Willingness to travel across North America (up to 25%) for trade shows and team meetings.Comfort with a laboratory setting involving cadavers/cadaver portions, as this role deals with products manufactured for surgical use.

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to manage tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.High organizational skills and adaptability.
