You will be working with our Sales and Product teams across multiple regions to strategise, design and orchestrate digital marketing campaigns that create awareness of our offering and generate high-quality leads. You will be supported by our Marketing Operations team and work closely with our Inside Sales, Communications, Field Marketing and Marketing Content teams. You will join the 'digital-first" Demand Generation team with colleagues in different parts of the world.

The Role:
Partner across the multi-faceted stakeholder groups to translate business goals and challenges from Product and regional sales teams into end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned to deliver account engagement, awareness and pipeline.Develop and execute end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns - mixing outbound and inbound strategies, webinars and events, bringing an audience-centric approach to planning, design and tactics.Monitor campaign performance, regularly delivering progress and insight reports to sales and product stakeholders.Write the copy of campaign assets (landing pages, emails, ads, webinars abstracts, etc). Define and integrate content into the digital campaign aligned with the buyer journey (ToF, MoF and BoF).Drive campaign testing & optimisation, and contribute to defining paid media strategy, benchmarks and KPIs.Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to analyze, design and optimize the digital campaign.Drive campaign excellence with campaign management expertise - budget and timeline management, stakeholder communication and coordination, campaign documentation, etc.Manage integrated campaign calendar for multiple geographies in English and other languages.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or Corporate Communications.5+ years of demonstrated B2B marketing experience.Experience in technology-based organizations is strongly preferred.Proven track record of using paid media as revenue and growth driver.Excellent analytical skills.Experience designing and managing digital awareness and lead generation campaigns.3-5 years of experience orchestrating SEM campaigns. Experience integrating SEO and SEM is a plus.Experience managing paid social media and programmatic advertising campaigns.Experience with email marketing campaigns is strongly preferred.Understanding of website analytics and user experience for the design and reports of campaigns.Proficiency in writing and editing advertising copy.Experience and passion for uncovering business problems maintaining conversations with Sales and solution experts, and developing campaign briefs to identify marketing goals to address specific business challenges.Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and reports tracking marketing campaigns performance (leads, opportunities, revenue).Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience managing, tracking, and reporting on budgets.Motivated, proactive, self-starter with a focus on execution and efficiency.Team player.Excellent planning and organizational skills.
