In this role, you are a vital member of the Digital Experience team providing direct support to the development and implementation of the Digital Experience roadmap, including working with administration, medical directors, physicians, and other staff/ teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-focused, data-driven, strategic, organized, innovative, tech savvy, and passionate communicator who strives to help patients, clinicians and healthcare team members effectively engage in a variety of digital experience initiatives.
This position is remote within the state of Texas. Employee must travel on site quarterly for strategic planning and periodically per the direction of the Vice President of the division.
As a Product Owner of the digital experience platform, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle for all products within the platform encompassing digital marketing and experience capabilities such as marketing automation, consumer notifications, communication tools, and content management. This position provides leadership in the development and application of technical, software, and process knowledge, ensuring that the needs of our customers are understood and comprehensively defined, enabling us to deliver solutions that continue to meet the strategic and business goals of the organization and deliver a consistent and quality experience to our customers.
Expected activities include but are not limited to:
-Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product strategies, roadmaps, and feature specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product development and delivery
-Agile Delivery: Leads a cross-functional agile team, consistently driving focus and strong outcomes.
-User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the end-users and maintain a deep understanding of their needs and pain points. Incorporate user feedback into product planning and improvement efforts
-Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure product quality and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features
-Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Must meet one of the following:
5 years experience in an IT role providing application, data or workflow analysis with progressive experience5 years experience in a clinical role with responsibility for implementing or optimizing workflows utilizing one of the modules supported5 years experience in a Marketing Technology role with progressive experience.
Preferred:
2+ years working as an agile product owner.Background in healthcare/digital health.Experience with Customer Relationship Management, marketing, or web development technologies.

Certification/Licensure:
Relevant Information Technology, experience, or virtual health certifications preferred.Epic certification required within 6 months from employment, including 2 test retakes.If position does not support Epic, then a Bachelor's degree is required in lieu of an Epic certification.
