Digital Enablement Manager
Leads and supports the Marketing team with onboarding, managing and executing on our Marketing Technology stack with a focus on strategic Marketing Operations planning, bringing best-in-class processes and optimizations to support our marketing transformation and digital channel activations. A combination of leadership, coaching and execution is required to support our campaign management, journey orchestration and data-driven marketing activities.
Core Responsibilities: Partners with the Head of Digital Marketing on digital channel plans, campaigns, initiatives, promotions and research projects to support our digital roadmap and campaign activations to grow our business in Canada.Supports digital marketing plans and plays a leading role in our marketing initiatives. Develops and manages schedule and calendar of marketing activities. Maintains a budgeting, forecasting, and expenses process for regular reporting in partnership with leadership.Establishes and manages Marketing Operations, including intake and project management delegation, campaign management and reporting and initiative tracking to ensure on-time and successful completion for our key goals. Establishes key processes and controls in support of our Marketing effectiveness.Supports the upskilling around new technology adoption in alignment with our digital transformation activities, with a strong understanding of Marketing.Identifies and analyzes varied sources of data and information to inform planning decisions. Develops and executes regular reporting, providing actionable insight to the business.Communicates status and issues of marketing activity regularly to stakeholders, including sales professionals, business leaders, team members, and senior managers.Builds and maintains effective relationships with various parties including sales professionals, business leads, and key decision makers.Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks on channel marketing activities.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred. Experience managing campaigns, including email journeys, CX activations, SEO best practices and paid media considered a strong asset.Background in Marketing strongly preferred.Experience with Adobe an asset, including Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems, including Salesforce and Dynamics, and knowledge of data management systems and best practices.How We Work
