Summary:
Aveda EMEA wish to appoint a Digital Education Assistant based in the Paris Regional Office and reporting to the Education & Events Operations Manager. The role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Education team to ensure the smooth running of the departments. The role will include a range of administrative, creative, and analytical duties including ad hoc business reporting and analysis, Aveda updates and core training support.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support and secretarial duties as and when required Receive, review, adapt and share global assets as directed by the Education Director Presents a summary of education assets and activities available to support up and coming activities for monthly campaign call Assist new regional hires sign up and navigate Pure Pro and education resources. Working alongside the Education Director and international color educators, provide support in creating the Aveda seasonal color trends assets, this includes copy writing, sourcing image rights., providing a brief to the agency and ensuring the agent delivers in a timely manner . creating and editing video content, Assist with the planning, and execution of Aveda education and events to include 80% virtual. Record and share all virtual education seminars and share in a timely manner. Coordinate and prepare agendas for international education activities. Develop a profound knowledge of the E Learning Platform Articulate 360, Create and Update E Learning Seminars Work alongside the regional social media manager to ensure Aveda education has a social media activation plan for all key education focuses, to include IG, and Tiktok. Lead 2 x per year social media take over for Sephora Lead Aveda Retail Education IG page Provide assistant with strategy preparation including helping to prepare figures and PowerPoint slides and video edits.
The successful candidate should possess both interpersonal skills and professionalism to provide a high level of internal and external service to EMEA education leads. Agility is key in this role as the candidate will need to react to an array of ad hoc tasks to support the wider team while managing projects and time effectively. The Candidate must also ensure the Brand image in upheld by adhering to the Aveda mission and company policies whilst continually setting an example in customer service, dress code and the professional standards expected by Aveda.
