We are seeking a Digital Deployment Manager to provide deployment and business readiness services for Surgical digital health products across global markets, focusing on the successful deployment, onboarding and adoption by the business and Alcon's customers. This person will work alongside the head of product for Surgical digital health, counterparts for adjacent digital health products as well as global business stakeholders, both internal and external, to advance our digital footprint.
Core Job Responsibilities: Ensure market readiness to launch including data, process, system, and associate readiness and drive adoption of digital products across Alcon's top markets Create and carryout current-state reviews of existing market processes to assess business readiness, potential improvement opportunities, and change management necessary in conjunction with digital product launches. Drive Commercial Operations process solutions to meet unique needs of the markets; enabling the markets to adopt digital tools. Understand Consumer/Customer/Professional needs and develop insight to inform internal product decisions. Collaborate with Head of Product to prioritize requested market enhancements to existing products. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Services, GSC and Customer Care organizations to deploy digital tools which successfully meet their business needs and are successfully onboarded and adopted.Deploy and manage critical global digital tool support process of Change Management, Customer Care, KPIs, reporting and Onboarding/Adoption. Measure deployment KPIs on launch, expansion and adoption of digital tools. Co-develop training materials, communications, dashboard content/reporting, and product playbook content in conjunction with the product team.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business stakeholders' needs are understood and addressed accordingly.Create/contribute to stakeholder facing status reports/dashboards.Ensure deliverables are produced in conformance with quality requirements. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersIdentify and implement continuous improvement on communications by constantly capturing feedback, assessing team performance, and conducting retrospective sessions.In conjunction with peers, recommend and help design business process changes for better product adoption.Regular and close engagement with all stakeholders Core Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English 5 Years of Relevant Experience Up to 25% travel including international
