The hub will function as an “extension” of the Digital Factory—a shared service to focus on technical details of digital and data-driven marketing and consumer activation. What you’ll be doing : As the Digital Content Transformation Lead, you will be a key player in driving digital innovation and revolutionizing content production and distribution across Europe. Your expertise will help boost content performance and drive commercial results, while crafting measurable efficiencies and reinvestable savings. As a trusted partner to markets and brands, you'll work to reduce the time and investment required for content creation, localization, and optimization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Build and be responsible for active Test & Learn Roadmap across markets and brands, that cultivates a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation across digital content touchpoints.
Collaborating with Local and Global Digital partners to ensure consistent use of KPIs and metrics and build out our picture of success.
Supervising our content adaptation program to ensure standard processes are met in all markets, applying ground breaking tools like GRIP and Creative X analytics.
Ensure that A+ content is readily accessible and syndicates out to critical domains where applicable (initially for 3rd Party / Owned Digital Shelf, and beyond)
Streamlining how global brand assets reach our local media suppliers and retailers at speed and fit for use.
To measure your success, you will conduct robust / frequent M&E to demonstrate that your interventions are meeting (globally aligned) metrics: increased quality scores, decreased delays in brand activations online and reduced spend on content adaptation.

What you will have :
10 years of digital content experience. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have embedded new digital content techniques and operational models, driving growth at scale across a business.
A comprehensive record of ‘full funnel’ work, including extensive experience in content across search, eCommerce and biddable.
Experience with DCO and understanding of the value of modular content is a plus.
Systems thinker. You create processes that are built to last and ensure that these are in service of liberating markets from manual labour of creating assets that already exist elsewhere.
Change agent. You are an organized leader who encourages the people around to do work in a unified and codified way, in service of flighting digital content more easily.
You have a track-record of implementing new processes, tools or systems that encourage digital transformation.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to communicate complex information in a simple, straight-forward, persuasive way.
Consistent track record to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while being very diligent
Ability to influence, persuade and lead broader teams.
Ability to confidently present plans and ideas, often to a senior audience
Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
Used to working with a variety of stakeholders and forming relationships
